We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Whether the fit isn’t quite right or you’ve simply changed your mind, we are happy to assist as long as the items meet the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, unaltered condition.
Tags: All original tags must remain attached.
Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Timeline: The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please note: Items showing signs of wear, laundry scents, damage, or alterations may not be accepted for a refund.
How to Start Your Return
Starting a return is quick and easy:
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@FOVAROA.com with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with the return authorization and the correct return shipping address.
Ship Your Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund or exchange.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to help! Because our popular styles can sell out quickly, the fastest way to secure your new item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you prefer a direct exchange, please specify this in your email to our support team, and we will do our best to accommodate based on current inventory.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our facility and passes inspection, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. We will make it right immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
A clear photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. This allows us to offer these specific items at their best possible value.
Order Cancellations
We process orders rapidly to ensure quick delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered the shipping phase. If your order has already shipped, you may follow our standard return process once it arrives.
